OBJECT SOURCE LIGHTING

Note: It is recommended to take the 101 course before the 102. However, it is not required.
In this three hour intermediate class, students will learn how to enhance their miniatures look with a satisfying and popular tehcnical called Object Source lighting. You will learn techniques on how to effectively create this look.
WE PROVIDE:
One pre-built, pre-primed model
required paints
Painting station with proper lighting
Magic brush cleaning soap
Course subject matter handouts
STUDENTS PROVIDE:
Brushes:
1 brush for layering
1 brush for details
1 brush dry-brushingPaints, whatever colors/brands you like. (Mythicos will have community paint)
Note: All painting and hobby supplies will be an additional 5% off for a total of 30%. This is for Mythicos members only on the day of the course.

CLASS 103
‘PAINTINg REALISTIC FACES’
NEXT CLASS SIGNUP: JULY 14th
In this three-hour advanced class, students will use basic Reaper MSP** recipes and learn how to mix and combine colors to paint realistic faces from start to finish.

STUDENTS BRING:
Brushes, if you have any favorites (Mythicos will have community brushes)

**Reaper MSP recipes can be easily converted to use other paint brands using a conversion chat that will be provided.

INTRO TO AIRBRUSHING

In this three hour intro class, students will learn the basics of airbrushing! Airbrushing is a powerful too in a painter’s arsenal, to both:
1. Paint models quickly and effectively
2. Perform advanced effects
