MEET THE jERSEY DEvil painting team!
Janet Schroeder
I was introduced to miniature painting when I met my man, John six years ago. It is a whole entire sub-culture I never knew anything about! Painting a three dimensional object and making it come alive, there is no other feeling like it! I only started painting recently myself and am finding it to be an extra creative outlet from my main job as a silversmith. All my painting time usually ends up at the end of the day after doing production/fabrication work for my jewelry business, but I find that I am easily engrossed, even at the end of the day. Miniature painting rocks, everybody should do it! In terms of accolades, I’m a Nova Open Capital Palette Medal Winner.
